Try out the Gumby Legacy 28 day challenge for Christmas. Start tomorrow and be done on the 20th of December (but obviously you could start any time).
As always, I’m trying to get you fired up to get moving!! The aim is to do SOMETHING every day. So each day I’ll put an exercise on our Facebook page with a description of how to do it and why it’s awesome for your body.
Try to do 100 of each exercise throughout the day (so not all at once if you can’t). If you don’t manage 100, make a note of how many you do manage and hopefully by the end of the 28 days, you’ll see an improvement and be surprised at what you are capable of. (If nothing else, it will be a great baseline measure and make your new year’s resolution to get fit much easier!)
Anything is better than sitting on the couch reading about the rest of us doing it so get up and give it a go! Then we’ll all know just how hard it’s been for Annie and everyone else doing something for 100 days!! Awesome job by the way to those who have participated in their challenges so far and Annie Hill is still going – looking to finish on Christmas day
PS: I promise to give you exercises that can be adapted for all abilities so don’t be scared and if you have any questions or worries, shout out!
